Sunday School FAQ

Written by Sandra Bardon. Posted in Main

Can my child bring a friend to Sunday School class?
Yes, friends are always welcome in Sunday School classes.

Can my child come to Sunday School if they are not registered and don't know anyone yet?
Yes, teachers and students always welcome new friends/guests.

Do we have to be members of Immanuel to register our children for Sunday School?
No. If you plan on bringing your children to Sunday School regularly, please fill out a registration form.

If we missed the June 30 registration deadline for Sunday School, can we still register?
YES! You can register your children anytime throughout the year. If you missed the June deadline, please register as soon as possible. Registration ensures that curriculum and supplies will be ordered for your children.

Is there a fee for Sunday School?
No, there is no charge for your children to attend Sunday School. Member donations throughout the year pay for the supplies and curriculum that the classes use, and Sunday School teachers volunteer their time.

What time is Sunday School?
9:45-10:45am each Sunday from Labor Day through May.

Can I stay with my child while they attend Sunday School class?
Yes. Sometimes young children feel more comfortable with a parent nearby, so you are welcome to sit with your child during class anytime you wish.
